By accessing or playing Monarchs Rising ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Age Requirements
You must be at least 9 years old to play the Game. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian before making any purchases.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Do not share your account with others
- One account per person — multiple accounts are not allowed
- Report any unauthorized use of your account immediately
3. Acceptable Use
When using the Game, you agree not to:
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or unauthorized third-party software
- Modify or interfere with the Game or its servers
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
- Use offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate language in chat or kingdom names
- Impersonate other players or staff members
- Buy, sell, or trade accounts or in-game items for real money outside the Game
- Exploit bugs or glitches — report them to us instead
4. In-Game Purchases
The Game offers optional in-game purchases using real-world currency. All virtual items, currency, and resources purchased:
- Have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money
- Are tied to your account and are non-transferable
- Are subject to price changes without prior notice
5. Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
All purchases within the Game are final and non-refundable. Virtual items and currency are delivered immediately upon purchase. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You waive any "cooling off" period for digital content
- No refunds will be issued for any reason, including accidental purchases
- Account termination does not entitle you to a refund
Exception: In the rare event of a technical error that prevents delivery of a purchased item, we may, at our sole discretion, re-deliver the item or issue a refund.
6. Virtual Items & Ownership
All in-game items, currency, buildings, units, and progress are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them within the Game. We reserve the right to modify, delete, or reset any virtual items at any time.
7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Cheat or exploit the Game
- Harass other players
- Attempt fraud or unauthorized transactions
Accounts inactive for more than 180 days may be marked for cleanup. Accounts inactive for more than 1 year may be permanently deleted.
8. Game Updates & Availability
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Game.
9. Intellectual Property
All Game content — including graphics, text, music, sound effects, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Game content.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Game.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
